1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 1jj0 ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 1jj0 online gaming platform accessible at https://1jj0.net and all associated sub-pages, services, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, logging in to your 1jj0 account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms are effective from the date of your registration and continue until your account is closed.

1jj0 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 1jj0. Access by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
2. By creating a 1jj0 account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming and sports betting is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. 1jj0 does not accept liability for any use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited or restricted.
4. Pakistani players are responsible for ensuring their use of 1jj0 complies with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act and any other relevant legislation. 1jj0 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any particular location within Pakistan.
5. 1jj0 reserves the right to verify your age at any point and to suspend your account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period where age verification is outstanding may be withheld.

3. Account Registration & KYC

1. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 1jj0. The creation of duplicate accounts is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1jj0 may suspend all associated accounts and any balances therein may be forfeited pending investigation.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your account.
3. 1jj0 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and a recent selfie prior to any withdrawal being processed. 1jj0 may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
4. 1jj0 complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits and withdrawals above defined thresholds are subject to enhanced due diligence. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required.
5. You must not register or use a 1jj0 account on behalf of any third party. The account is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, or sold.

4. Account Security

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jj0 account login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.
2. All activity conducted through your account — including any bets placed or withdrawals initiated — will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified 1jj0 support in writing of unauthorised access.
3. You must notify 1jj0 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 1jj0 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification but cannot guarantee the recovery of any funds lost prior to notification.
4. 1jj0 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account. The Platform provides automatic session timeout functionality to reduce the risk of unauthorised access on shared or unattended devices.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1jj0 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard as payment methods, subject to availability.
2. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. At the time of publication, the minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 200.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for a deposit, or to a verified bank account registered under the same CNIC as the 1jj0 account. 1jj0 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
5. 1jj0 is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial service providers, including mobile money operators and banking institutions.
6. Funds deposited into a 1jj0 account that have not been used for wagering within 12 months of the last account activity may be subject to an administrative fee. 1jj0 will provide advance notice prior to applying any such fee.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

1. All bets placed on 1jj0 are subject to the specific game or market rules displayed at the time of betting. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
2. 1jj0 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or where the integrity of a market is in question. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the relevant account.
3. Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User, except where an in-play cash-out option is offered and exercised within the specified timeframe.
4. 1jj0 may impose maximum stake limits on any market or event at its discretion. These limits may vary by player, event, or market type.
5. All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are generated by certified random number generator (RNG) systems that have been tested by independent technical testing laboratories for fairness and randomness.
6. Live casino games are conducted using real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) in regulated studio environments. 1jj0 does not control the outcome of live dealer games beyond providing access to the studio feed.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

1. 1jj0 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
2. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period will be specified per promotion.
3. Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
4. 1jj0 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
5. A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses. Where such a limit applies, it will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1jj0 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing errors in bad faith
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of illicit origin
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers after funds have been validly wagered
• Impersonating another individual or providing false identity documents during KYC
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the 1jj0 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, text, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of 1jj0 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. 1jj0 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj0 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from system downtime, game malfunctions, or network issues.
3. 1jj0 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data

1jj0 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Your data will not be sold to third parties and is used solely for the purposes of operating, securing, and improving the Platform and fulfilling our legal obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

1. 1jj0 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. 1jj0 may request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts where the age requirement is not met.
2. All registered users have access to the following responsible gaming tools via Account Settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion), and permanent self-exclusion.
3. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. 1jj0 will take reasonable steps to prevent access to the Platform during any self-exclusion period.

13. Suspension & Termination

1. 1jj0 may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, self-exclusion, failure to complete KYC, or regulatory requirement.
2. Where an account is closed for cause (i.e., breach of Terms or fraudulent conduct), any balance held in the account may be forfeited following investigation.
3. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user fault, any confirmed balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after any relevant pending bet settlements are processed.
4. You may close your 1jj0 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jj0 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under local Pakistani law.

15. Amendments

1jj0 may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, 1jj0 will notify registered users via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 1jj0 and may request account closure.
